 All of our puppies are raised inside our home with my family and children. They are part of our daily lives from birth, which helps them become well-socialized, confident, and comfortable in a family environment. 

 I have over 15 years of breeding experience and grew up in a household that also bred dogs. Yorkies are my passion, and I am dedicated to preserving the quality, health, and temperament of the breed. 

My top priorities are health, temperament, and overall quality. I breed selectively and responsibly, always with the goal of producing healthy Yorkies that will thrive as loving companions.

  Yes! Our puppies are handled daily and exposed to normal household sounds, children, and family interaction. This early socialization helps ensure a smooth transition into their forever homes. 

 Absolutely. Our puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care, including a Florida issued health certificate and vaccinations, before going to their new homes. Their health and well-being are extremely important to us. 

 Puppies are ready to go to their forever homes once they are old enough, healthy, and thriving. We never rush the process and believe every puppy should leave when they are truly ready. But usually they go home between 8-12 weeks old.

 Yes, we stand behind our puppies and are committed to placing healthy Yorkies in loving homes. Specific health guarantee details will be discussed directly with approved families. 

 We are happy to connect with serious, loving families and provide photos, videos, and updates. Visits may be offered depending on circumstances, always with the safety of our puppies as a top priority. 

 Yorkies come in many shapes and sizes.  We do not breed for tiny or "teacup". Sometimes we will get Tiny babies, but we don’t aim to.  We don’t guarantee nor will any ethical breeder guarantee a weight. We can guess from the parents but Pups can take after other family members. It’s like human kids we can assume kids will take after the parents but never know for certain.  

 Not always, Yorkies come in many colors and different shades as they get older they can also change colors. Each puppy is different.

Yes, yorkies are hypoallergenic. They do not have fur they have hair.

 Yes! I truly care about my puppy families and am always happy to offer guidance and support as your Yorkie grows.

 Pricing varies based on the individual puppy. Each Yorkie is evaluated based on quality, structure, and overall health. Please contact us directly for current pricing and availability. 

 Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This ensures serious inquiries only and allows me to turn away other families once a puppy is spoken for.  The deposit goes towards the overall balance of puppy and remaining balance is due when you pick up your new puppy.

 Once a puppy is reserved, it is held exclusively for your family. Because of the time, care, and commitment involved, deposits are non-refundable. 

  Accepted payment methods are Cashapp, Zelle, and Venmo but Cash is preferred for final payment.

Yes, for our client's out of the state of Florida that are wanting one of our puppies we will transport puppy to your nearest airport. Puppies being transported to a different state are required to be paid in full at least 3 days before flight and there will be an additional cost for transport fees/ airline tickets that will be discussed prior.
